How would you be identified if you have no license plate in a traffic camera?

I was just curious, what would happen? Would they just look at the vehicle identification sticker or how does that work?

Heres how it works...The camera of a traffic light is pointed and zoomed righr up on the car to where it passes the camera it is big enough to see the back window and then the plate and can be slowed down zoomed in and so forfh but with no plate 50 50 chance and also dont mess with them because its there job to mess with you..Oh and please rate me as best i could use the points thanks..How would you be identified if you have no license plate in a traffic camera?
