I went through a red light accidental which had a traffic camera on it?

Basically i was driving at night time.I also had back/neck strain, which was getting even worst. So i driving extra careful due to the darkness. However i went though a red light, which was amber originally, when i braked my car went straight through as it wouldn't break on time. Also i injured my neck even more doing so.



Is there any way i can avoid the penalty and points on my licienceI went through a red light accidental which had a traffic camera on it?

If your neck was restricting your ability to drive, you should not of been driving in the 1st place.



You have got away with not having a major accident from other traffic. Think yourself very lucky.



That type of error kills, you so could be looking at death by dangerous driving!!!
If you were caught on camera going through a red then you have absolutely no excuse and being unfit to drive is not one of that you would even want to try to use. 3 points for sure and a 拢60 fine for a fixed penalty or more if you try to go to court.I went through a red light accidental which had a traffic camera on it?

you would be lucky to have no more than a bad neck if you had slammed into someone . you could have killed a pedestrian/cyclist/motorcyclist . you deserve to be prosecuted so stop whingeing on here !
