This would be all a perfect plan. Desanitize the American people. Slowly increase security, and entrench upon their free rights. Sneak in a bill called the "Patriot Act" and have it passed by Congress. Send troops to fight a war with hidden political agendas. Slowly remove the individual and make him identifiable by a number stored in a database. Identity theft. Halliburton. Gee, I said so many keywords, the DoD will be after me...

near clean water. i mean think about it, the basic human needs say food shelter and clothing, though that last one we could probably do without. so any survivors of your make believe invasion would seek out clean water where wild animals would be available for food.
