Have you ever gotten a ticket from one of those cameras on traffic lights?

If so, did you pay it?

I heard that they don't get reported to the DMV so people ignore them and simply don't pay them.Have you ever gotten a ticket from one of those cameras on traffic lights?
You must find out if your state holds the owner of the vehicle liable for the "ticket"...if the state does, then the owner is liable for the ticket unless he/she testifies that another person was operating the offending vehicle.

Don't try to weasel and start stopping for red lights!
I have and paid it. Some state laws currently don't report them to DMV but the legislatures are correcting that problem.

You can make a sworn statement that you were not driving but will get you in more trouble if found out.

Pay the fine in my case it was $70.Have you ever gotten a ticket from one of those cameras on traffic lights?
no but thanks for asking
pay it

my son got 1 on the way to the prom

they will track you downHave you ever gotten a ticket from one of those cameras on traffic lights?
Remember that even if you receive a citation based upon a red light camera, the prosecution MUST prove that you were in fact operating the vehicle at the time of the offense, which is literally impossible. Red light cameras are intended as a deterrent, and although many people just pay the fine anyway (which is what the courts hope will happen) you can easily beat the ticket by pleading not guilty and relying on the fact that the burden lies upon the prosecution to prove their case, which they can't. This is why convictions based upon red light cameras are not point violations.
you better pay it my sister in-law got one and the pic showed her picking her nose
If it is your car, pay up. If you were driving a friends car, pay up. They will get you. Do the right thing.
All traffic citations issued by an officer or by a camera, go to the court and DMV. Don't pay the fine or go to court and a warrant will be issued for your arrest. Your license could also be suspended until you take care of the ticket.
