Any Way Around Unconstitutional Traffic Cameras?

Is there any way to get around those awful (and probably unconstitutional) traffic cameras which are everywhere in New Orleans now?

I'm thinking some kind of angular deflection shield which allows police to see your license plate in plain view, but at the angle that the cameras see you, they are blocked from view.Any Way Around Unconstitutional Traffic Cameras?
These cameras are switched on simultaneously with the red light and triggered to snap a photo by an additional motion detector. There everywhere from Maine to California.

A transparent, plastic cover on your plate will usually blur out the numbers due to reflection, but be aware, plate covers are fast becoming illegal in many states.Any Way Around Unconstitutional Traffic Cameras?
Um, yeah, there's a very easy way around them. Don't run red lights. Ever think of that?

Or if you're so sure they're unconstitutional, why don't you go to court and fight them?

Angular deflection shield? That makes no sense whatsoever.Any Way Around Unconstitutional Traffic Cameras?
don't know if this is true, but read in hometown paper, that if you slow down and go thru redlight, camera will not go off. camera works off of speed after (running redlight) and crossing strip in intersection. never tried it.
