Do traffic light cameras catch people moving off on a red-amber lights?

Just wondering if traffic light cameras that catch people running a red light also catch people who pull away when the red and amber lights are both showing, (when technically you shouldnt pull off).

ThanksDo traffic light cameras catch people moving off on a red-amber lights?
Those things on top of traffic lights aren't camera's, they're sensors for seeing if a car is there.Do traffic light cameras catch people moving off on a red-amber lights?
Depends on the designers attitude and awareness of possible situations. It would be stupid to program it to do that because sometime you honestly cant stop in time to make the red light. I live in the US and dont plan on ever seeing speed cameras. Thats a pain in the ***.Do traffic light cameras catch people moving off on a red-amber lights?
Its only lights with gatso's infront of them that get the red light jumpers. As said the things that are ontop the lights are sensors.
