Do traffic light cameras take a picture of the person driving the car?

some doDo traffic light cameras take a picture of the person driving the car?
It depends on the camera system and setup. Usually, yes, during daylight hours you can make out the driver. They'll usually take simultaneous photos of the front and back of the car in the violation (showing the redlight in the frame). They usually have a short video of the violation also. Hope this helps!
in a series of 3 photos

They actually take pictures of the driver's license on the back of the car so they can bill you a ticket by looking at the license number.
