Is there a 10 per cent leeway for traffic cameras in the uk?

like for example, if u are in a 50 zone, can a camera catch u if u r going up to 55?

i heard u can go up to 10 percent of the limit above plus 2 more mph..

so u cud go at 35(10% of 30=3+2+30=35) in a 30 zone..
