I past an intersection today and noticed a flash out of the corner of my eye. If the camera took a picture it couldn't have been a picture of the entire car. I passed the intersection and the light was still yellow. Does the flash mean I'm getting a ticket in the mail?Does seeing a flash at one of those traffic light cameras automatically mean i'm getting a ticket?
