Well my son got one of those photo radar tickets and on the ticket it told us to go on line to see a better picture of the picture, when we did, there was the video showing him flying by...so it's not the ticket, but the evidence.Can the traffic video cameras (not sensors) issue tickets to people?
I dont think thats why they are there. i think they are there to monitor traffic flow and specific intersections
