Can I beat speeding ticket that used traffic cameras images?

I have a ticket saying that I was speeding. I reviewed the video clip that they only show my car travel and was photographed twice, nothing more. It says there are signs indicate that "speed limit is enforced with automatic traffic cameras".

1/ Is traffic cameras is an approved tool to enforce speed limit? I live in Renton, WA.

2/ What technology to verify the speed and how accurate it is?

3/ What should I say to the judge to beat the case? Obviously all they catch me is the images that were captured by the cameras that some cop review it while eating his donuts and issue me this ticket.

Thank you.Can I beat speeding ticket that used traffic cameras images?
The cameras are activated by radar that measures your speed and when you are exceeding the speed limit the camera takes the pictures and sends you a ticket, difficult to beat.}{Can I beat speeding ticket that used traffic cameras images?
The photos will also have printed on it them, the location, date, and time.

I suspect if you were to measure the distance on the road that your car traveled between the photos and had the time taken to travel that distance, there is how they have calculated the speed.

When you go to court on these sorts of matters, it is YOU who has to prove it is wrong. How can you prove it as wrong? Can I beat speeding ticket that used traffic cameras images?
There is an attorney in South Florida winning camera tickets by making the police and prosecutor follow every tit and tat of the law. Here's the story: http://www.tampabay.com/news/localgovern鈥?/a>

This might work in your state also. You would need to carefully read your vehicle code to see any steps the other side is skipping. You can find the code here: http://www.flsenate.gov/Laws/Statutes/20鈥?/a>

If you go to court, you have to lose the attitude about donuts. The judge expects you to respect the cop and if you don't, you throw away your credibility.
