they create accidents? how is this possible? a camera is attached to a pole will above the intersection. maybe we should take down billboards with pictures of politicos running for office. i think they might be a distraction. this seems like a really bogus study. people have to be answerable for their poor choices. blaming an inanimate object that you usually don,t even see is a joke.
