i was making a left turn onto state college blvd from chapman ave, wen the arrow sign was yellow and it turned red when i was towards the middle of the intersection, i completed the turn, i didn't see a flash but i see that there were cameras on the traffic lights still, so i was wondering did fullerton,CA really get rid of their red traffic lights permanently?Did fullerton,CA shut off its red traffic light CAMERAS permanently?
the camera will be triggle by someone who fails to stop for the red light

That info may be on the City of Fullerton website - probably was just a case where your car didn't trigger the cameras sensor
