Does traffic light cameras have to be yellow like speed cameras or can they still be grey like the old speed?

Speed cameras don't have to be yellow. That requirement was dropped 3 years ago. They can be any colour.Does traffic light cameras have to be yellow like speed cameras or can they still be grey like the old speed?

Don't rely on speed cameras being yellow but I don't think traffic light cameras are speed cameras as such, they're security cameras, possible with number plate recognition, so the police can track dodgy cars and so on. On the other hand I wouldn't drive past one doing a ton! The cameras are always watching!!Does traffic light cameras have to be yellow like speed cameras or can they still be grey like the old speed?
