Would I get caught on traffic camera if I entered the intersection right when the light turned yellow?

So right as i entered the intersection it flashed yellow.....so i was thinking i shouldnt stop so i kept going. i really dont want a ticket as i hear they are expensive. I mean i entered at the beginning of yellow....i should have left the intersection before it turned red. anybody who knows anything about traffic cameras let me know.....Would I get caught on traffic camera if I entered the intersection right when the light turned yellow?
You only get a ticket if you enter the intersection when the light is red. Entering during or after the light turns yellow will not trigger a ticket.Would I get caught on traffic camera if I entered the intersection right when the light turned yellow?
I don't know the laws where you live... Where I'm from, the law is that you must be 50% through the intersection when the light turns RED. If you entered just as the light turned yellow, you ought to be safe.



Assuming the same laws, it follows that they will only 'catch' you if your less than 50% through the intersection when it turns red, and i hear (cannot confirm) that they leave a certain margin for error as well, (i.e. they might only ding you if you enter on the red). I'm sure you will be fine. You can always appeal the ticket and you can tell them you did not feel that you had time to safely stop your vehicle before the line when the light turned yellow. They will have the exact times recorded and everything so if it's close they will most likely let you off.
