Nope. Thank God, but not yet..unfortunately there is a piece of legislature going around that wants to make it legal to do so. As of right now, the only way they record your speed is when you run a red light. They take 3 pictures. One of the front of your car, one of you, one of the back of your car. no, they only take shot of the intersection as light turns red
