Do you think there should be more traffic light cameras to catch drunk and reckless drivers?

I think that there should be an increase of cameras especially where there have been known instances of speeding and reckless driving. Also, this should be used to catch incompentant drivers and get them off the road. If people know that their are cameras in the area they will drive more careful. It would be good if there could be cameras to catch drunk and reckless pedestrians too.
