Have you ever stopped at a traffic signal after the pedestrian crosswalk and the traffic camera took a picture

You stopped at a red light but acidently rolled over the peds white line? Did you get a ticket in the mail?Have you ever stopped at a traffic signal after the pedestrian crosswalk and the traffic camera took a picture
When we had cameras where I lived, they were pointed into the intersection. So in your case, it wouldn't have even got a picture of your plate. But I do not know how it is where you live. If you get a ticket, I would say fight it since you really didn't "run" the redlight.Have you ever stopped at a traffic signal after the pedestrian crosswalk and the traffic camera took a picture
i got one for running a red light, however in your situation i would try to fight it. that is like a no win situation, because had you ran the light you would have got a ticketHave you ever stopped at a traffic signal after the pedestrian crosswalk and the traffic camera took a picture
If any part of your car crosses the stop line, whether accidental or not, and the light turns red, you are in the intersection and can get a ticket. "Running" a red light is a misnomer. You cannot be in the intersection at all when the light turns red even if it was yellow when you started. Yes, you can get a ticket.
