If they have your picture doing something wrong..
How would you fight it anyway?
Its only a fine anyway
No points cause they cant prove it was you driving.

Paul......... In New York you are NOT ALLOWED to plead not guilty to a ticket that has a picture of your car doing something illegal. You dont have that option. It's either pay the fine or lose your license.If a Traffic camera takes a picture while you are 1 of the last two cars to make a left turn..Can you contest?
You can CONTEST anything, but if you were breaking the law, you lose.
