How to beat a traffic camera ticket?

So, I came to a rolling stop to make a right turn at a red light to get on the freeway at like 11pm there was no one else on the road, but the camera recorded me running the light and there is all kinds of picture evidence as well as a freaking video showing me running the light online. The ticket is almost 500 dollars, I don't have 500 dollars, I need to fight this ticket but i'm guitly as hell, please tell me how to beat the system, all answers are greatly appreciatedHow to beat a traffic camera ticket?
So many people have such a difficult time with the right turn on red, that I only recommend it for the most experienced drivers only.



The right turn on red can only be accomplished after completing the following:

- Stopping before the white stop line (not on the crosswalk)

- Checking for traffic in all directions

- Yielding to all other traffic (including left turns and uturns)

- Proceeding with caution if the turn can be made without causing other traffic to slow down.



This is much more difficult to do when you must also try and look out of your belly button at the same time. Expect to see many more automated tickets in the future. The police are so busy and undermanned that they rarely have time for the simple traffic enforcement. Your fine needs to be high enough to persuade you to not break the law in the future and must pay the contractor that maintains the system and the police officer that has to manually review each ticket issued (talk about a boring job).

Not a chance you will beat the ticket, they have all the evidence they need. Contact the court and see if you can get a payment plan.

Most people argue the constitution guarantees you the right to face your accuser, which is why policemen who write tickets are required in court.
Based on the recorded evidence, you can't.
Well as far as I know u can make a right turn unless there's a sign saying u can't on a red light and unless there was a witness the billing is unconstitutional
The only way I know of is to prove you were out of town at the time...airline tickets, hotel and restaurant receipts etc.
Traffic cameras are unconstitutional if there isn't a police officer watching it.
