I was ticketed by a traffic camera ?

They even have a video online showing me making a right on red (there were no signs saying no right on red) This is my 1st time getting such a ticket. How do i get out of it w/o having 2 pay the $124?I was ticketed by a traffic camera ?
Contest it at the city municipal court. Verify this is correct with the local police station.
Appeal it in court and tell them what you just said here about no posted signs. Try to fight it and get sypathy from the judge if not you'll have to pay...sorry :( And it can't be legal for them to put pictures of you online without your consent I would check into that as well.I was ticketed by a traffic camera ?
if you are sure that there was no sign saying "no right on red" then there are procedures to dispute the ticket - it means appearing before a hearing judge etc. If you are going to have to take a day off and lose pay then you should figure out if it will cost more to pay the ticket or lose your pay.
You will need to show up for your court date and prove to the judge that there is no sign indicating that you cannot make a right turn on red at that intersection.I was ticketed by a traffic camera ?
