you usually cannot get out of those. Even if you can, it would cost more to fight it than it would just to pay the ticket.

people never seem to bother to do the math and relize that it costs more to fight a ticket than just pay up in most cases
Well, you could do like all self-absorbed inbred drivers who believe they are special and should be exempt from those pesky laws like speed limits. You could lie and claim it was someone else driving. Or you could act like a responsible adult and admit that you messed up and pay the price. Chances are that the 35 mph zone you were going 47 in was a residential neighborhood where children play and ride their bikes in the street.
A good idea may be to argue that you wernt the driver of the car, and they cant prove you were driving it. I woudl think that if they cant prove you were drivign the car, you coudlnt be held responsible for the violation.



Though, since its a speed camera, they might have a picture of your face.
