I got flashed by a traffic camera for running a red light. It went from yellow to red when I drove thru.?

I'm 20 years old, I've had my license since I was 17 and have a CLEAN RECORD. I was going from school to work when this was happening. If I tell the judge that and tell him my record is clean, what are the chances this drops and I dont have to pay this? Because I'm already in debt with school loans that I am paying off.I got flashed by a traffic camera for running a red light. It went from yellow to red when I drove thru.?
You're guilty. The camera knows when the light turned yellow and when it turned red. You'll see both pictures if you fight the ticket, and you'll pay a bigger fine. Your school loans have nothing to do with it. Sometimes you'll get a discount if you pay early. Take the discount and move on. Of course you could have been going 100mph when you ran the light, so maybe the story is not as it seems to be . . .I got flashed by a traffic camera for running a red light. The same thing happened with me, I too had clean record for this, I just apologised to the judge, n told him it wont happen again..... N guess wht he droped the charges.... On the basis as I had clean record prior this n they sometime go easy on the first ticket.......so my advice fight it....n good luckI got flashed by a traffic camera for running a red light. it depends, through your whole life was your record clean because that will be more likely of them to drop it. Also it flashed as it changed to red? Better chance of em dropping it when that happens.
