If your vehicle overstepped the white line by just a bit at a red light..would a traffic camera take picture?

and how much would the fine be?

btw, which area of the world are you and how much is the fine there for this, if so?

how long been this way?

and how can they prove it was YOU that was driving your vehicle if you didnt have anyone record your drivers license?

and can they suspend your license if you dont pay?

thanks for your answers! If your vehicle overstepped the white line by just a bit at a red light..would a traffic camera take picture?
The camera needs to catch your rear registration plate to identify the car. You'd have to overstep the white line by a few feet for that to happen. Otherwise it would only photograph your roof or boot.

So it depends what you mean by a bit!

3 points and 拢60 fine in England and Wales. They don't have to prove it was you driving, they get you to do that for them by sending a notice of intended prosecution and you have to identify the driver or risk a 拢525 fine and 6 points. Failure to pay can lead to prison (7-14 days). But you'd keep your licence. If your vehicle overstepped the white line by just a bit at a red light..would a traffic camera take picture?
knowing them maybe, my brother got ticketed 3 times for being under the light right when it turned redIf your vehicle overstepped the white line by just a bit at a red light..would a traffic camera take picture?
There are people who review those pictures. There are often pictures from both sides. If they can see your license plate, it is highly likely they can see who is driving. Either way, it is the responsibility of the owner of the car to make sure that responsible people are driving their car. Of course they can suspend your license for not paying. They can probably tow your car too.
No, that would not trigger the camera mechanism (assuming you stopped).

The remainder of the question therefore does not apply.
