it depends if the camera is facing oncoming or departing traffic. no u cant if its at the side of the road . the ones in the middle of the road can be turned around and normally there are the dots on both carriageways but if its on the other side and the dots are not on your carrigeway then no the police mobile cammeras are the same

in general the answer is no, but the newer ones have been developed to use imaging to picture the driver should there be any dispute

If you are driving away from the camera on the wrong side of the road (ie with the camera on the left of the road and you on the right) then yes you will get caught as the camera covers the whole road. If you are driving towards the camera on the correct side of the road (ie with the camera on the right hand side of the road and you on the left) then no you will not get caught as the flash would temporarily blind you which ultimately would be dangerous and would probably lead to all kinds of law suits!!
If you don't speed then you don't need to worry about it!!
